One embroidered baby bedding missing
Sometimes I think that I would prefer a job with a less degree of responsibility. It is really exhausting for me to take care of everything in here and as a manager I don^t really have a choice. It is up to me to make sure that everything is working fine. Sometimes it might be really frustrating especially when something goes wrong in the company. Then I am the one that will be blamed and yet it is usually not my fault. There is also another problem with workers. They are not responsible at all. They work as if they have never worked before and that is depressing. Like recently at the end of the day it turned out that there is one baby bedding missing. When I asked the worker how did it happen he wasn^t able to answer me . He is so irresponsible that if it was up to me I would fire him long time ago. Unfortunately I can^t do it and this is my boss^s decisions whether to do it or not. There is a chance that he will change in the future but this situation with baby bedding seems to be proving that it^s not going to happen soon. I had to explain it somehow to my boss that the baby bedding is missing and naturally he told me that this is my fault.
