The Flumps
These were a closely-knit family of, well, fluffy furballs. They included Grandpa Flump, who slept, and played the flumpet ( not me with the flumps on the brain making an error, it really was called that ); Father Flump, who did fatherish things such as DIY and digging the allotment; Mother Flump, who did motherish things such as baking in the kitchen ( political correctness was never this show's strong point on reflection ); then there were Perkin and Posie, the two oldest furball children, and Pootle the youngest child, who was really a baby Flump.
Most scenes were in either the garden or the kitchen. The Flumps was a tale of a typical loving family ( albeit, except they were furballs)
and their day to day lives. It was a nicely done and thought out programme.
